Call for new scientific proposals
Accepted proposals can also be modified
Modifications or withdrawals of the scientific proposal. If you want to withdraw or modify your proposal, send an email to cedya2020@uniovi.es in plain text format observing the following deadlines:
- Minisymposia: until Sunday, January 31, 2021.
- Individual contributions: until Sunday, February 14, 2021.
- Posters: until Wednesday, March 31, 2021.
Minisymposium organizers will receive instructions on how to proceed.
If you want to modify or withdraw an individual contribution or a poster proposal, please send us your Name, and the possible updates in Organization, Email, Title and 100-word Abstract in text format (simple latex formulae are admissible). If you want to change the thematic area of your contribution, please also indicate it. Indicate co-authors and funding in the last line of the abstract as “Joint work with Gale, Dorothy (U. of Oz) and Panza, Sancho (U. de la Mancha). The author was partially funded by Grant 314159265359 of the Ministry of Magic.”.
New proposals. If you want to submit a new scientific proposal, please send an email to cedya2020@uniovi.es in plain text format with the following data:
- Individual contributions and posters: Name, Organization, Email, Title, 100-word abstract (simple latex formulae are admissible) and thematic area. Indicate co-authors and funding in the last line of the abstract as “Joint work with Gale, Dorothy (U. of Oz) and Panza, Sancho (U. de la Mancha). The author was partially funded by Grant 314159265359 of the Ministry of Magic.”
- Minisymposia: Name, Organization, and email of each of the organizers (max. 3). Title and 100-word description (simple latex formulae are admissible) and thematic area and data of the speakers (Name, Organization, Email, Title and 100-word abstract as indicated in the paragraph above).
